Q: What is the date and time of the Partners in Care Symposium 2017?
A: The Symposium will be held for one day, Friday, April 7th, 2017. Registration will open at 7:00 a.m., with the closing scheduled for 4:15 p.m.

Q: What is the location of the Partners in Care Symposium 2017?
A: The 2017 Symposium will be held at The Camby Hotel (formerly the Ritz Carlton Phoenix) at 2401 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016:

Q: How do I register for the Symposium?
A: Please register online at using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. You should receive an email confirmation within moments of completing your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email for your registration within 12 hours of registering, please contact Anna Burgmann at 602-242-4366 or for assistance. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you need to make a payment using a method other than credit card, contact Anna Burgmann.

Q: May I register by telephone?
A: Yes. Please contact Anna Burgmann at 602-242-4366 to register by phone. Due to the nature of the registration system, each person will be registered individually even if you are registering for a group. This allows us to provide unique confirmation of registration for each person.  Please have your credit card available at the time of telephone registration.

Q: What is included in registration for the Partners in Care Symposium 2017?
A: Registration for the Symposium includes access to all three sessions in the morning and your choice of one of three sessions in the afternoon, continental breakfast, a plated luncheon and refreshment breaks, materials, credentials and complimentary valet parking at The Camby Hotel. Parking in the Esplanade or other parking structure or lot will be at your own expense.

CME Credits/ Participation: The registration costs also include the option of participating in CME credits for physicians. Upon submission of session evaluations, physicians attending all three morning sessions will receive a certificate for three CME credits; other attendees will receive a certificate of participation for the three CME-qualified sessions upon evaluation submission.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for the Partners In Care Symposium 2017 registration?
A: Cancellation requests must be received by March 15th to receive a refund of your registration fees, less a $50 processing charge. Substitutions will be accepted for colleagues or associates from your organization after March 15th. All cancellations and/or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Anna Burgmann at Cancellation payments that qualify will be processed via the same payment method used to register.

Q: How do I change my 2017 Symposium registration or update my information?

Q: Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fees for the Symposium?
A: No. Those in need of hotel accommodations may visit and see information about The Camby Hotel, 2501 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016:    Please reference the “Partners In Care / Raising Special Kids” Symposium on April 7 to obtain special group pricing.


Q: Is parking at The Camby Hotel included in my registration fees?

A: Yes. All Symposium registrations include complimentary valet parking at The Camby Hotel. Please bring your parking claim check you receive from the valet staff to the Symposium registration desk in the lobby and you will receive a validation. Parking in the Esplanade or other parking structures or lots will be at your own expense.

Q: Can I park my own car at The Camby Hotel?

A: Yes. You may use the self-parking option at The Esplanade multi-level parking garage just east of The Camby Hotel, but this option will be at your own discretion. We are unable to offer parking validation in this parking garage.


Q: What meals or food service can I expect during the Symposium?
A: Your Symposium registration includes continental breakfast, a plated luncheon and refreshment breaks.

Q: Can the Symposium accommodate specific dietary requests?
A: Yes, to a degree. During the registration process, you may select a vegetarian or gluten-free option for the plated luncheon. We will do our best to accommodate any other dietary requests; please indicate these on the registration form.

Q: Can the Symposium accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities?
A: Yes. Any special needs pertaining to mobility or other disability-related requests can be made on the registration form. You may also request a reasonable accommodation by contacting Dave Ryder, Veer Consulting (Conference Management) 602-568-6277 or  Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.  The Camby Hotel is ADA compliant with ample elevators, ramps and other venue accommodations.
